With Flanning you can create your own list of recipes so that you never forget those foods that you liked so much, that are so healthy or that balance your diet.
Once you have your list of recipes you can place them in the planner, sorted by lunch and dinner and by first course and second course
The app will count the number of times you plan each meal in each month so you know which recipes you have eaten the most and which recipe you have eaten the least. This way you can balance your meals. You will be able to detect: "This month has only eaten fish 4 days, so tomorrow we will eat fish".
Little by little you will be completing your list of recipes and you can plan your meals month by month.
